There are a
series of unique workshops and training sessions that we offer,
covering this key element of your marketing mix and which can often
be the final chance to close the sale following what may be an extensive
and expensive mailing campaign
The aim is
not to explain how you show a client around your venue. You already
know the best selling points of your venue and can explain the technicalities
needed to run an event
Where they are is different is that they examine the methods used
on the Visit itself and in particular some best practice tips to
follow, post visit follow-up techniques and also allows you to draw
upon and share experiences with other venues. This will help you
identify ways to improve the commercial aspects in order to ensure
that a higher rate of return is achieved, in other words a firm
booking!
The seminars
cover the essential skills needed for communicating with a single
client or a group of people. How to make sure that they are seeing
what they want to see, have the information they require and, above
all, maintain their VIP status at all times.
At around £60
per delegate, these half day sessions are held at locations near
to you, thereby offering local training at a competitive price.

And finally,
anyone attending any of our courses will not find themselves sitting
in a room with a 100 other people listening to one-way traffic.
Our training is kept small and select, giving you a chance to give
feedback, discuss, argue and share comments and opinions with others
